Our exchange process consists of two steps:

1. Provide Photos:
Please send clear pictures of the item(s) you purchased, both inside and outside.

2. Return Instructions:
Ensure the item is unworn, in brand new condition, and has all the swing tags attached. Use a reliable courier service to send the exchange item to our warehouse in Woodstock, Cape Town (address provided below). Include your name and contact details inside the return package. Forward us the courier service used and the tracking number. Upon receiving the tracking number, we will issue you an email voucher equivalent to your exchange value. You can then use this voucher to shop for your replacement item on our website.
